In honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday, my second grade son, Ben wanted to have green eggs and ham for dinner (he even came home from school with a recipe.) So, being the great dad that he is, my husband granted his wish. The tasted a lot better than they looked, that's for sure. Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!
