We found out before going to bed last night that we would have a snow day today. It was good news for me, because I'd already written three days of sub plans this week and wasn't looking forward to a fourth, though I felt like I shouldn't be back to work yet. It was good news for the kids, who were really itching for a snow day. I like this picture because it shows not only how much snow has accumulated, but it reminds me that warmer days of sunshine and dinners on the grill are ahead.
