8/365: Nutrition Labels Are My Constant Companion

Since I joined Weight Watchers almost a week ago, I am constantly reading nutrition labels and figuring out the 'points' of the foods I'm eating. Fruits and vegetables don't have nutrition labels and are "freebies" so if I stick mostly to those, things will be much simpler, and healthier too.
