It's finally Friday, and that means Chipotle for lunch. Every Friday, three teaching colleagues and I leave the moment our kiddos begin recess and head to the local Chipotle. What's great about Chipotle is that the service is incredibly fast. Although we only have 45 minutes until we have to be back for our lunch duties, we are actually able to sit down at the restaurant and have conversation over our yummy meals. I was inspired to make this my picture of the day when my friend, and classroom-next-door neighbor Cathy, pulled out her phone and took a picture of her meal for her 365 Photo Blog.
